Perhaps you would like the training Reckoning offers in leadership and character development to enhance your current curriculum. On the Mend in a Broken World, is a manual designed to train leaders in a way that allows for contextualization. Reckoning would first conduct a needs assessment to see what training is needed, then design the training based on the needs of each team. The manual has three main sections: team building/personal development, character and leadership development and pedagogy/classroom management.
